As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I work with individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds, including LGBTQIA+ clients, single parents, young adults, and those navigating major life transitions. I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, relationship challenges, and infidelity, drawing on a range of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and attachment-based work. My practice is grounded in cultural sensitivity, compassion, and a relational approach that honors your unique story.
